    Pine HIll Park Attack

I'm posting this as a warning to those who bike or hike/run alone at Pine Hill....

Tonight my wife and I pulled into the trailhead at approximately 6PM to find the parking lot full of police cars. An officer approached us and advised that during the girls cross country meet one of the athletes had been attacked and choked. Thankfully the athlete was no seriously injured. The description of the attacker was male, 5'5"-5'8", 170-180# wearing a grey t-shirt and jeans, with gray hair.

So ride carefully, and ideally not alone until they catch the perp, but also keep your eyes open for anything unusual.
