    NIght riding at Bear Brook

Regarding night riding at BBSP, please let folks know that although the Bear Brook trails stay open past 8:00, the Hiker/Biker and Hayes Field parking lots close at 8:00 p.m. To accommodate night trail use, the park manager has asked that riders who plan to be in the park past 8:00 p.m. park in the day use area across from the toll booth.

    hope this helps out guys

I cannot remember, but is there a gate that they lock at the hiker/hayes area?

its my understanding that they will be installing locking gates and the lot across from the toll booth will be left open for us

There any good sized group night rides planned? I've never done one but at BB it might be fun!

Just got home from riding BB tonight. Heads up - there is a large tree down on Hemlock, right at the steepest/fastest part: just before the first hairpin as you head downhill from the sandpit.
I can barely get my mouth around it.
