    Kingdom Trails in September

Me and a couple riding buddies are planning a trip to Kingdom Trails in mid September (17-22). I ws wondering what conditions are like there that time of year. Leaves falling yet? I can't wait to ride there but would rather head south if leaves are going to be covering the trails. And what are the must-dos in the the area for riding, beer, and food? Thanks.

That is a fantastic time of year to be riding KT. Leaves should not be an issue...

All of the riding there is great - Darling Hill side for XC/All mountain and Burke Mountain side for All mountain/Downhill or combine both. I don't stay there so can't recommend food/beer places.

You'll have some color by then, but not much on the trails. Columbus Day is generally prime leaf-peeping, so don't expect many on the trail 'til then.
