Franklin Falls Dam trails conditions - C'mon Irene

Went there today for a bit of riding, and needless to say a lot of the lower lying trails are under quite a bit of water. At about 4pm today the water was about 20 feet from the base of the mighty chicken trail down Beltine road. Cellar hole, lost wall and the heritige trail are all under several meters of water. I took the Rusty bucket trail down to Salmon brook, and it had water right up around the second switchback.

All of the higher trails are looking good though, i didnt run across too much blow down, but it looked like people had moved what little there was as they came across it.

The trails are all ride-able now. We've been cleaning up as we ride and other than a tree across the trail on Old Bench and dirt/silt on some of the brush etc. you'd never know parts were under water.
