Man's death on Mount Agamenticus not considered suspicious
The body of a 52-year-old man is found by a passerby this morning.
    By Leslie Bridgers
    Staff Writer

YORK A 52-year-old man was found dead this morning after apparently suffering from a medical problem at the summit of Mount Agamenticus, where he had been biking, police said.

York Police Sgt. Brian Curtin said a woman called police about 9 a.m. after finding the man's body in a portable toilet and trying to administer CPR.

He said the Medical Examiner's Office is working to determine the cause of death, but it doesn't appear suspicious. Curtin declined to give the man's name.

Whew - I'm not 52! For a minute there I wasn't sure if I was the one they found, and I was in some sort of Bruce Willis 6th Sense afterlife walking dream...

He was also from Mass. I caught this on my police scanner when the call went out, poor guy. I still can't figure out if he was actually mt. Biking or was just out for a road ride from where he was staying with his wife down at the beach.
Been there, done that... don't remember it.
