    Good job! Ventanas in action

Ladies and Gents, I humbly request your riding pics!

It is Friday... I know some of your work weeks have slowed down, mine certainly has at this point, so here I am looking for riding pics and videos. I see TONS of great posts on other forums that are mfg-specific, the Transition guys really step up and post up some great riding pics! I know there are some guys here with new builds in process, let's give them some riding stoke!

This is only complicated by having not been on a trail ride in weeks due to a major ankle sprain (pump track newb + wall ride = level 3 sprain...or maybe it was cuz I wasn't on a ventana). I'm jonsin' here!

Here are a couple from a local trail. Please note that drops in the photos are 3x larger than they appear, because I had to size the pics down for attachment. Really though, they are the only spots really worth snapping a pic.

Post'em if you got'em! Let's see some new stuff.

Man you keep dragging out that pic of me from Ord. THANKS!
And to think you don't want to go to S.O.!

BTW - have a great trip, Sayonara! (sp?)

SO, no. I don't like crowds. Besides, I can visit Ventana anytime.

I'm hoping to join you for Mammoth.

Ventana superiority!! Larry is riding his Ciclon (second from front) while all the Turners are pushing (including Mr. Turner himself)!!

Larry (Ciclon) and Squeaky (Terremoto) leaving the Turner Horde in the DUST!

PS- I apologize if the pics are a bit dark and saturated on your PC. They look great on my Mac.

I felt really bad that I couldn't oblige your request, since I'd posted most of my riding shots of late, and all my other photo's were on the home computer.

And I'm stuck at work waiting for an important submittal to be delivered so I couldn't sneak out for a ride to post more pics from. So what's a trapped office worker supposed to do?

    Improvise!!!

Have a great weekend everybody! Go out and ride, take pics!

    Wow, this board is dead...

    From this weekend...

Sometimes making a wrong turn on the trail is a good thing. Like when you find a play area like this...

Here are some of my Ventanas in action shots. The first two are Junior racer Naish U at the Bootleg Canyon St Patty's Day Feast race a couple of weeks ago and the third is me on my '05 El Salt at Gooseberry.

You know your spots well. We do a Fomba group ride most every Wednesday, probably will start up sometime in May again. PM me if you want to get on the ride list. I'm very close to Bear Brook, we usually roll 25-30 milers out there every other Sunday, again probably a month or so away. I've been riding HP the last couple weeks

    Where are you located?

    peace out.

I'm south of Boston so a weeknight ride is kind of out of the question for me. Plus Wed. night is my bar and pizza night anyway .

Kidding aside, I've been meaning to check out Bear Brook for several years now so I may hit you up some weekend. Not up for a 25-30miler yet, but legs should get there in a month or two I hope. You have a recommended FOMBA route? That place as so many great ways to link different trails together.

If you're ever down in SE Mass. drop me a line here or on NEMBA. I ride Wompatuck multiple times a week and know Otis and Borderland pretty well. Always looking to expand my library of ride spots.
