Torque / locktite question for rockers

For the rockers (2004 - relatively current), does anyone of have the torque settings for:

    - Screw for the upper shock / rockers
    - Screw for the lower shock / front triangle
    - Locking washer and screw for the front triangle / rockers
    - Beveled screw for seatstay / rockers

I'm sure if they just need to be greased or locktite.

    Thanks.

Cris, you know V applies Loctite to all of those bolts at the "Factory"?
As Vince pointed out, #242 "Blue".
