    Photo Essay, What I did Monday.

    So I'll let the pictures do the talking.
    Trail: Oat Hill Mine "Road"
    Where: Calistoga
    When: Monday March 24th, 2008.
    Why: Cause it's a killer trail. much harder than the pictures do justice.
    Who: Jeremy on the C.O. El Capitan, me on the Met. Blue El Saltamontes(sorry I didn't take any pics of myself, only one of my bike).
    Approx. 15miles ridden with 3500feet elevation gained throughout the day.

    I highly recommend this trail to anyone in Northern California. It'll beat you up good! Not for hardtails....and even the Salty at 4" is a bit undergunned for the downhill....wishing I had my ?Bruja at that point...and full face, and full dh armor. You do not want to fall in this granite, period, at any speed.

    That's a very nice ride indeed. I did if a few years ago with Barny and Pete. Plenty of chunk, and some fast sections too.
