its good to see they are getting props for being one of the last US frame builders. They suggested that Ventana might take up the slack of Turner losing its main frame builder and make Turners frames

Turner would be a much better bike if that rumor came true, and technically they just be going back to their roots....they were Ventanas before they Turners

Hey, maybe Ventana and Turner will merge... VenTurner. Has a nice ring to it, doesn't it? Kinda like VanHagar, only hopefully much better.
Since when did Need have anything to do with this?

So is Turner going to be made overseas now? Sorry, if this is old news. I don't follow Turner stuff.

From what I heard, which is in now way gods word on this, but for what it's worth I heard there was some factor of the Smellsworth family buying up an amout of the manufacturing from Sapa leftover since they're closing their bike division.
Their hope is that Turner and others will use them to hang on to the 'Made in the USA' stickers.

    Smellrner. Nice ring to it....

This of course is nothing but hearsay and rumor.

    No good

I like the idea of Ventana staying small for this reason. I'm kinda surprised some 'giant" conglomerate hasn't swooped in and bought Turner. Seems like the pickens are ripe. But then again, I am completely talking out of my ars. I know nothing about these businesses.
