New Factory 23" El Rey - Photos?

Wondering if anyone has any photos of the new factory 23" El Rey. Curious how it is set up and how the top tube to seat tube is set up. Wondering if they look similar to the XL El Rey or if it has a tube connector to the seat tube like the 25" El Rey.

On the Ventana site is says the 23" has a lower standover than the 21" (which my guess is this is a typo/error)... But if its right then my guess is it does have that tube gusseting like the 25" inch.

Here is the link to the sizing chart: http://www.ventanausa.com/frame_elrey.html

    Size
    A B C D E F G H I J K
    15" 16.3 22.3 3.8 43.1 18.3 29.9 13.4 71.3 74 38mm 507mm
    17" 17.4 23.0 3.8 43.8 18.3 30.2 13.4 71.3 74 38mm 507mm
    19" 19.4 23.9 4.0 44.6 18.3 31.4 13.4 71.4 74 38mm 507mm
    21" 21.4 24.7 4.5 45.4 18.3 32.8 13.4 71.5 74 38mm 507mm
    23" 23.4 25.3 5.5 46.2 18.3 32.2 13.6 71.5 74 38mm 507mm
    25" 25.4 26.1 6.3 47.0 18.3 32.8 13.6 71.5 74 38mm 507mm

G is standover height... Here is a photo of a 21" (I think) El Rey. I'm wondering if the 23" cosmetically appears identical..

    I responded to your PM.

I am also 6'5" and can say that the TT measurement that they provide does not seem to translate to some other bikes or at least that is my impression. The TT seems a little bit shorter to me that the Dos Niner I was riding which required me to add a 1cm longer stem (1220 vs 110) to keep the front wheel stable on steep climbs. Worked just fine.

I woould certainly consult with theresa (?) before making the final jump. Regardless, you will be happy.

The 23" looks similar to the 25".

You are right about this and the standover is also correct.. From Teresa from Ventana... She also showed me a pic on their site of the 23 and 25" frames and how they look cosmetically...

    Hi Andre,
I double checked the geometry on our El Rey and the stand over for all
the frames is correct. What happens with the 23" & 25" frames is that
the top tube has a dropped tube to accommodate the diagonal tube that
goes from the seat tube to the top tube giving it more stand over than
    the 21" El Rey.

Let me know if you have any questions.

    Regards,
