HIP/VIP Fund Raiser

I've been contacting bike industry types for donations of swag in an attempt to raise some $$ for the non-profit IMBA affiliate club that works in the Pisgah area of NC. http://www.pisgahareasorba.org/

If you know anyone that wants to donate some swag/equipment to the cause please let me know. I'm working out the details of how we will collect the money and get the prizes out so stay tuned.

Looks like we will have some good stuff that will bring in the bucks to help these folks out. Here is what I have (or have commitments for) so far:

Bag o' tires from Maxxis!! 6 pairs of prototype tires from the engineering department.

    El Feugo Frame from Ventana

Push Ind - a couple of certificates for shock/fork service

Unknown swag from Red Barn Bikes - waiting to get details

Unknown swag from I9 - waiting to get details

    110 Headset from Cane Creek

    Highline Frame from Turner

    Unknown swag from T2bikes.com

    Grips from Ergon

A huge thanks to those that have committed items for this. It is very truly appreciated!!

Holy crap, a frame from Ventana among other sweet items? The odds of me dragging my homer self down to Pisgah just increased.

So how far is Pisgah from NorCal again? j/k
I'll stick to the local race scene to try to earn another frame/bike! I'm keeping the next one!

Seriously good work SS! And good to hear other good people in the industry are helping out.

I'll have the raffle tix info by the end of Feb. I have some pending proposals still out there with a few mfg. T2 bikes has volunteered their on-line order system to handle the sale of tickets(so that means we'll take credit card, paypal and e-check).
