    Frame colors

Know what other colors other than blue and stardust I can get. Pics would

It's Ventana, you can pretty much get whatever you want (though some will bring an upcharge). I've seen a shiny Army Green, among others, out on the trails. We have an El Conquistador in Ferrari Red.

Simplist is to just call and ask, 'em. Like I said, it's Ventana.

I assume you are talking about Electric Superdust and not Stardust. I wasn't all that thrilled with either the Grinch Green or the Electric Superdust that my X5 came stock with, but after making the purchase in Superdust, I couldn't be happier. The pics on the web don't do it justice at all. In the sun, it just sparkles.

I also have a white El Padrino with metal flake that looks really good in and out of the sun.
I only ride bikes to fill the time when I'm not skiing.

    Army Green

Thanks CharacterZero. I'm liking the Army Green color. I'm hoping that by next mid-next year I'll have the El Commandante with the new Gates Carbon CenterTrack system.

Anything but red and blue? I'm sure T might have something to say about that.

I do like the cosmic orange. That might be a better color for the Tiger anyway.

Since you asked for pics, here's a cosmic orange X-5. I hope to have some better pictures once it's built.

I'm not a fan of the silver rear triangle, and since I was going to get El Tigre's painted, I went ahead and redid the color of the whole bike to cosmic orange. There's a pearl undercoat that doesn't show in this picture:

Odd, I don't have any problems with it. I went ahead and posted the Flickr link too. Let me know if you can at least see that.

HUH! I've seen this bike in person several times now and I never realized it had superdust finish!

    Subtle!

If Ventana made a female specific frame it would come PC'd in RAL 7009.......very feminine, Todd!

This IS the photograph that had me drooling over this color, and the reason I went with it!

    More colors!

Vader, I really love the yellow

So here are some more colors. You're limited to only what you can come up with, really, and what Sherwood will do. Aaron had a really cool deep dark blue (shark blue) that came out awsome as well.

    Red

    Blue with Superdust:

    Grinch green:

    El Comandante - Cosmic Grey

Here's a pic of my frame in Cosmic Grey. It came out darker than the example on Ventana's web site but I really like it. It changes quite a bit as the light changes.

    Nice gray color

I'm trying to decide whether to sell my steel SS 26er and go for the Ventana 29er El Commandante. I'm constantly debating the pros and cons of the 29er. As far ad the color goes, I like the grey, army green or orange Ventanas.
