Could you be kind enough to tell me, what is the difference between El Comandate & Padrino.

The El Comandante has adjustable dropouts for Single Speeding and only has brake cable stops. The El Comandante Ultimate has both adjustable dropouts for Single Speeding as well as a replaceable derailleur hanger for gears. I assume the Padrino does not have the adjustable dropout, which would require a chain tensioner if you wanted to convert it to a SS. But I could be wrong... I would call and speak with Teresa or shoot them an email because they will line you out in no time!
