    Bike recommendations for travel? (Colorado\Arizona\Utah)

Selling everything I own and hitting the road... again.

Any recommendations for an all around mountain bike to travel this general area? Prefer not to own more than one, will also be carting around a road and tri bike. Such a general question I know but I'm fairly new to mountain biking and not sure what type of terrain I prefer\will see. Full suspension? Hard tail? About the only decision Ive made so far is that I believe a 29er would be preferable.
    Thanks!

    You will probably

be happiest with a 4" travel full suspension ride. Tall boy, etc. 29ers rule.

I've got a 2006 Stumpjumper FSR 120 (26") and does me fine for everything from trail rides to multi-day bikepacking trips thru the region.

Check this out, places I frequent and have be to thru your travel area. Hopefully the photos will get you psyched for some of what's to come!
