Trying to locate viewpoint in Moab area

I saw a TR on here somewhat recently and can't track it down. There was an image of a viewpoint on top of an incredible cliff, with a view of the LaSal Mtns. in the distance and a piece of the Colorado in the middleground (about 1-2000 feet below. The bridge that crosses the Colorado to the north of town is just barely in view. There's also a blue paint mark on a rock in the foreground. With these clues, does anyone have an idea where this might be? Grazie!

What's the ride to there like? Trying to figure out if my wife who's fit but not a good technical rider can get there.

You can get up to that area on Gold Bar or Poison Spider, Blue Dot would be the preferred route but it's not an official trail and apparently rangers are ticketing people for riding it now. The traditional down route is Portal which is extremely technical and very exposed in places. Check out the Portal video on the Thank you Moab thread posted a while back to get an idea.
