Without knowing a thing about you, ride Hazard. Burro may not be open due to snow. I managed to squeeze in a Hazard to Porc last June starting around 4pm. It was still pretty hot, but not as bad as I would have thought. Most short (<2hr) rides are good if you are on the trail at sunrise. Afternoon can be bearable, but the slickrock radiates heat till well into the night.
Have you been before, what riding style do you want, slickrock, dirt, etc?
And so begins the "I'm heading to Moab in June/July/August" threads. Good luck with the heat.
