    Love the Ogden BST!

Went out for a ride to clear my head and remember my brother this morning:

    My brothers passion...

It is so amazing to be less than 10 min by bike from single track!

No matter what some might say, I love Ogden and the great trails in such close proximity.

The BST is not the best trail, nor the most exciting, but it's fun, close, and DIRT!

This is my backyard trail too. I ride it and the other Ogden bench trails 70 to 80 times a year and never get tired of it. I'ts not a destination trail system by any means, but it's fun and flowy with great ups and downs, enough technical challenges to keep me on my toes, and is surprisingly uncrowded despite the proximity to an urban area. I never forget how lucky I am to live only a half mile away from these trails and even though there are other great trails a short drive away, I find myself riding the bench most often just because I can get there so quickly without using any gas at all.

I think the Ogden BST is very underrated. It's a great trail. The only bad part is the crowds.

That's why you go at night! Just got back from a ride-not a soul in sight. Just don't go 40mph down hill and wreck like I did though.
