    Info on Fruita, riding conditions

Hi, I am planning a trip from albuquerque to/around Fruita, Utah. I've never been there before so if you could give me any info or reccomendations on places to stay or the right trails to ride I would greatly appreciate it.

I've been to Moab several times but i'm looking for something new.

    Thanks

    Fruita

Fruita is actually in Colorado. I haven't been this year. I imagine it's dry. If you're looking for more current info, you might want to try the Colorado board.

Fruita is close to Utah, but you can still get real beer, porn, and fireworks.

For Fruita riding you have many options at the SR 18 trails( Joes ridge Zippety, Chutes and Ladders, Kessels run) and Loma exit trails(Moore fun, Mary's, Horsetheif, Troy built, and more). These two areas can keep you busy along with Grand Junction, and Rabbit Valley(on the way to Moab). Moab is about 100 miles away. For staying there is a campground that has tent sites and cabins, I think it is called monument Valley RV. When ya going? Also OTE sports are great people for info call them. http://www.monumentrvresort.com/,http://otesports.com/
