I'm gonna tack it up, try a set of cranks ( make sure 15'' stays are clear ), see how big of a tire fits, and NAIL IT !!

i love the single top tube and not the split top tube like you see on some other bikes....so if this rides as good as most think that it will then would you be making a couple of these frames?!?

    Thanks, glad your diggin it.
Here are 2 more pics I did'nt get up yesterday. One of the stay length, the center of the socket head screw is the center of the BB control on the jig, with the Cru's jammed forward. Truly 15 ''.
The other is one with the kinked seat tube not hidden by the BB control.
I will post pic's of it out of the jig, with wheels next.
    RTW.

Now you need to engrave the yoke, have the mtbr logo stamped on sheet metal, weld it on. Then off to paint it goes! Man, I'd pay just to try that thing in a parking lot.

Seat tube, the part you insert your seat in. You're talking about the seat STAYS which are the upper tubes that go from the seat tube to the dropouts

I'm planning on it, very interesting stuff. I'm going to full weld it Saturday morning while listening to Chimaira's Impossibility of Reason CD. I will post pic's, and slap some wheels on it.

    Great Job Rick!

That is a nice looking frame Rick! A lot of thought went in to this bike and although I did not contribute to the making of it I have been following every step of the way eagerly awaiting the next post to see what it would look like. It's nice to see the behind the scenes of making a frame and all the thought, sweat and blood that is put in to making one kick ass frame! I think you are going to have a bunch of riders lining up to buy frames from you! Congrats to the lucky stiff who gets her!

I remember that he said in another thread that he would use a hot-rod color scheme...

Rick, save the design plans. I think I seriously would special order one from you in the future. Doesn't look like Brad'll come through for my 26" Fall Guyish frame.

Are you kidding? Nemesis makes a Death Mobile that's like the same style as a FG and available in either 24" or 26" wheel sizes. Spanish BB, V-brakes, and 110mm hub.

I want disk and normal mtn hub. By a 26" Fall Guyish frame, I mean the angles, fork height and BB height were kept, but the chain and seat stays were extended for 26" wheels.

I know a guy who knows a guy who has been waiting 7 months for a nemesis frame.

I would assume (don't quote me on fact here) it's because they aren't pumped out on assembly lines, and interbike is here, so other priorities took effect for the recent past.

dirty harry, I think you are just confusing yourself with all the numbers...

So, a Fall Guy without the features or wheel size? Just get a Nemesis Secret Agent then.

I have one on order, according to Brad, it has already been started before interbike, and will be finished right after it. He told me i'd get it around october 8th or 10th.

Rick, I'm curious to know what the seat tube length would be if it was straight. What is the distance from the mid of the BB to the mid of the TT/ST intersection??? I'm guessing around 8 or 9 inches??? If so, that's perfect BMX style. This thing should be a can-can/no-footed can-can/turndown/lookback machine!!!
