Pump Track - Home Owners Association

Does anyone know of a Pump Track which was built or approved by a neighborhood or Home Owners Association(HOA)?

We have presented plans for a pump track to our neighborhood HOA and they have requested confirmation of a HOA supported pump track. The more HOA supported pump tracks I can list the better. Thank you

I can only think of ones that are in city parks. Possibly, presenting that information may help. Good luck.

Give a call to Eagle Mountain, UT. One of the contractors had some land that couldn't be built on (power lines overhead), so they got the city to fund some short trails, dirt jumps, and skills park.

I know it's not HOA, but it is city approved/sponsored.

    Good luck.

Also city approved/sponsored is the Middleton Bike Park in Middleton WI. It has a pumptrack, short XC loop, and some dirt jumps all on city owned land (shares it's location and parking lot with a city run golf course).

Check out Lee McCormack's website leelikesbikes - pumptopia oak creek colorado.

Stuart Hassel headed up the project and got it approved (don't know if it was approved by a homeowner's association, but it must have been approved by some governing body).

Ken Caryl (subdivision sw of Denver) HOA approved the trails around their neighborhood. I'd guess that would be similar enough to a pump track.
