    Paging all home-mechanics!

I am slowly taking apart my norco as time passes. I just pulled out the fork, lucky me the bearings in the headset all stayed in place, but the crown race seems stuck to my dirt jumper's crown. It is the only piece I'm missing to have the whole headset in there.

What should I do to get it out?

Lightly tap one side of the crown race with the aforementioned highly technical tools and then rotate 90 degrees. Repeat step 1. And again. And again. And again until it comes off. Rinse hands, cuss at bike, and do not lose crown race.

It's all I need actually, I won't loose it, I'm going to tape it to the frame in it's place so I can sell my 416 frame with headset and seatpost and seat included.

What're you selling it for? 416's are sick frames.

I'm getting an even sicker frame. Nemesis Project Secret Agent.
