That was pretty cool, I like how many tricks he did involving riding fakie.

First of all, do I not see brakes on this guys bike?
Second, what is the name of the song/group in the video?
Third, I think this guy is going brakeless
Fourth, his bike looks like something out of the 80's
Fifth, this guy makes everything look to easy. Tailwhip nose picks (?) w/o brakes =

ok, first of all, if you haven't noticed, 80's style is currently blowing up fashion in every respect, I'll also tell you that the bmx world is backlashing against technological advancements in one way by going brakeless (and hating on mtb'ers as well). Among other things "in" right now could include; going pegless, microscopic-drive, cut-down weight weenie slim seats and the shortest possible seatposts, drilling speedholes, 36hole wheels, drilled and tapped 14mm axles that don't use bolts but screws, spray-paint, fakie tricks and some rocking free-coaster hubs....
now, after that lesson, we can all expect to show up at the local street spot and destroy it since we know what is "in", right? haha.... I guess that's why we let the pro's choose the style, and we just watch in amazement.
Curtis Mayfield is the artist in that section I believe. that mixtape was pretty ghetto, in their credits instead of putting up a playlist, they just say, "thanks to the internet for the music." but that's how I like it, more vids should just show riding, and not worry about all this over production nonsense (ie NWD/etc. vids, c'mon...)
everybody should search for the Ian Schwartz part too, probably online somewhere. He rides everywhere fakie, it's INSANE. if he could pedal backwards he probably would. needs a fixie.
