I need to replace my current fork (Society Xeno) on my DJ bike and I've got a good line on a new 2011 Rockshox Domain RC fork. The price is definitely right, but I don't have any experience with the the longer travel RS stuff.
-This is a Coil U-turn 115-160mm. My plan would be to leave it at 115 for DJ and then open it up when I do some light FR on it. Any issues with this being feasible or a bad idea?
-Does the U-Turn spring also have any preload adjustment to it? If not, is the stock spring acceptable for a not-so-smooth rider on the jumps?
-How is the Domain in general? Any major known issues with it or with the 2011 model specifically?
