Change gear ration when changing from 26" to 24"?

HEy, just a question, if I change my wheels form 26" to 24", would I also change my gear ratio? Say I have a 32:16 with 26", would I go to a 32:15 or 32:14 with 24s to get the same feel? I've read that with 24"s, they accelerate better. So, basicly, do gear ratios stay the same or change? Thanks

to get the same ride feel, you'll need to switch gearing. i go down two teeth in the cog (from 36:18 at 24" and to 36:20 at 26") and find it feels pretty damn close. there's a formula somewhere in the forums that has the exact comparison.
    what would rainbow unicorn do?

For 24" I'm running 28:12... fast ratio for rippin' street.
