    Brakes for 24" wheels?

Do I need special v-brakes for 24" wheels? I'm running single digit 7's on a 26" rhynolite in the rear right now and I was wondering If I needed new brakes to reach the smaller rim. By the way the frame is a norco evolve and the brake posts are for 26" rims. Thanks

If the posts are for 26 inchers, you can't run v-brakes. Some frames have 2 mounts, one for 26, one for 24.

If you only have one spot for v-brakes, and they're 26, i think that your gunna be screwed for 24s. Like XSL said, some frames have to spots like my scratch. If your wanting to run some 24s (im thinking for street reasons) you may want to invest in a new frame that is better suited towards street. evolve is pretty trials dedicated
