    Argyle 318 Changes from 2007

I'm looking into an Argyle 318. What changes have been made since '07? I heard that the '07s didn't have Motion Control. Is this the case? Thanks

07 318 had Motion Control. There's really no difference. There may have been a color change. The warranty will not exist if it is second hand.

They had motion control from the get go, except for the lower end model (309?)

Some of the initial forks had steel steerer tubes that supposedly bent easily. I recently bought a 318 that was advertised as an 07 but it had an alum. steerer.

the lower end model is the 302

alittle off topic but does anyone know the reason for the numbering of Rock Shox. i believe the numbers match up to "famous" cubic inch V8 engines, in the pike series for example...the 454 is a chevy big block the 426 is dodge hemi, maybe i am just seeing connections that arent there

Marz just does a simple 1,2,3 numbering system lol

Yeah, the numbers matched up to V8s.

They used to do a SL, Team, Race model lineup.
