anyone own a Pro-Tec Ace Dig?

just got mine in, found one on ebay for $30, and I love the thing. Fits nice, looks good, blah blah blah

but I just can NOT for the life of me figure out what the rubber strap in the back is used for. There is nothing in the owner's manual, and I can't find anything online about it. So, does anyone have any ideas or actually know what its for?

Thanks in advance, and here are some pics:

It is meant for holding goggles in place on the helmet.

    Cheers!

Word. What snaky said. I've seen folks strap their ipod case up there as well.

Wow. I've never seen that before. That looks cool, but i would ditch the visor also.

wow, never even thought of goggles, but cool thanks

Oh, and the reason why I got the Dig over the regular Ace was because I can take off the visor when riding urban stuff, but can put it back on for the trails or if I ever do want it.

Thanks though guys, I really like it, it looks damn good with the metallic paint and I've always loved Pro-Tec helmets, just a good fit for me.

The other good thing about these helmets is

they can take several hard falls/crashes before you will have to replace them, whereas with a regular helmet one good crash and your done.

yep, another reason why I got it. Oh, and an update, this fricken helmet rocks!!!
Besides going to classes, I use it all the time now and its so comfortable and my headphones fit perfectly without getting caught on it and it just stays put. And yes, I took the visor off, so I look more like a punk now
