Any urban riding areas in So California?

So I love riding all the local riding areas here in Southern California, specifically Orange County area. But sometimes I need a change of pace and wanna ride some streets/stairs/concrete. There's all kinds of areas that have hills around here and I'm wondering if any of you know where is a good spot to ride down a long set of stairs or sets of stairs. Even better if there is some grassy downhill leading to the stairs. Actually anything that really flows well.

I know there is 1000 steps in Laguna but that might be a bit much.
I'm trying to find somewhere somewhat low key but realize that this County has a lot of people and that might be a tough thing to find.
I actually don't mind riding this kinda stuff @ night since there will be less people and cooler temps.

Any and all feedback is greatly appreciated.

Wow! A lot of views but no responses. I guess there isn't too many people who like to ride urban street. I'm looking for anything that connects street to dirt or street to grass, or just plain street. Especially staircases, around malls, or schools, beaches. Maybe I should try the BMX forums since it seems none of you ride urban street.
