Shreddin the Cul de Sac
Will this fit on my Burner?
I will measure my Swinger when I get home. I was just wondering if anyone knew the answer off the top of their head.
Maybe a more important question - Would I be better off with a new Float R like this, or buy a used Float (if the price/condition is right) and have it Pushed?
"FOX RACING SHOX FLOAT R SHOCK '05
Take-off shock has 28mm spacing on forward mount with 8mm bolt hole and 21.8mm spacing on rear mount with 6mm spacing."
I am going to say "yes", since the size is listed as 6.5/1.5 and that's kind of all that matters in all but a certain few cases. I figure the extra dimensions they inserted means that it comes with the reducers from whatever bike the shock was taken off. You would need to get the proper reducers.
I think that would work with the current redusers, becasue if I remember correctly, the spacing for the burner is 21.8. Also good price, I would pick that up if I had the money.
