I weigh 240 pounds can anyone recomend me a spring weight to go with my new turner 5 spot with romic? I would rather have a plush comfortable ride than a stiff big hit ready ride. thanks guys

I think that the leverage ration on the 5spot is 2.5:1. If that's the case, a 600# spring sounds just about right. That's not too big. My RFX came with a 750# spring ...but then again, it has a 3:1 leverage ratio.

The chart for the 5 Spot calls for a #650 at your weight. The chart goes like this:
    200-220 pound rider #600 spring
    220-240 #650
    240-260 #700

so if you want a plusher ride the #650 is the best choice, and still run at least few clicks of compression.

    400# should work.

145 pounds? You should just run the kind that come in ball point pens?
