    I guess NOT compatible... no space on my Rail 'proto' anyway.

    Maybe with a e-plate front mech?

    But err. who needs a frontmech on a Ride like a Rail???

    It's not XC Ride... if so a 38Chainring with a MEGAcassette will get you everywhere.

    You might be able to squeeze an e-type in there, but the cable stop would be rigged. The rail isn't really the right bike for that anyways. It's too slack in the seattube and too short in the toptube. It was designed to be ridden standing up.
