my truck will kick your trucks arse!

Why bring a knife to a gun fight? When I go into battle, I've got to have superior firepower, a place to put my bike, and room for a couple of kegs of beer. This does nicely for me.

I almost bought the US version of that rig -- here its the Tacoma and it looks a little different. I like that one better, if the steering was on the proper side , I would be really jealous. Sweet truck!!!

Cheers, the wheel is on the right side she drives as well as she looks 2, a work in progress still, want some bigger wheels 18in sometime, Nudge bar for the Hobits dam rodents!

Not sure about cover on back yet either soft cover, hard cover, or canopy? um oh well no rush aye I'll have another speights and chew the fat on that one a bit yet.

Squish I like the truck the older trucks have character! The rust on the mudguard is a nice touch, mine will be like that one day, hopefully not 2 soon though.

    cheers & keep em coming!

How does someone tall enough to ride that bike drive a compact, regular cab truck?

Well before this I drove a 2002 Honda Civic Si (Type R minus 40hp and one gear to the euro guys floating about).

So I guess the answer is pretty well. I've actually got a lot of room for my 6' 5" body in there, though I really wouldn't mind an extended cab. I guess you can't have everything, I've got to many hobbies to worry about a new truck

Yeah it's got some character, mostly rough riding and a little noisy, but it works and runs well enough, could probably use some plugs and wires and has a bit of an oil leak but not to bad.

If you like the rust I'll have to get a pic of the bed, I'm almost afraid to put the bike in the back of it sometimes!! These older imports are well known as rust buckets around here, really glad they finally started using gavanized

Nice truck, I really like the new Toyotas a lot.

    Elementary My Dear Watson

Here's some pics of my 2005 Honda Element and my "hauler"...2005 Flux and my good old reliable 2003 Superlight onboard...The trailer can hold 4 bikes and the custom built tool box is approximately 24 X 23 X 15...I was tired of removing wheels, lifting bikes, stinkin' clothes/shoes, etc. in the car, now virtually everything resides on/in the trailer...I just pull it into the garage and it's ready and waiting for our next adventure...We fabricated a bike stand that has been worth its weight in gold...

The trailer is extremely light and the 4 cylinder Element has no problem pulling it into the mountains of NC...

If you're interested in the trailer mods here's a little linkie...
