    Trade a 2015 L Burner for a 2015 XL Burner?

A shot in the dark I know. I love my Turners and will be a Turner owner for life. I was wondering if anyone with a XL wanted to trade for my L. I have about 20 rides on a Black anodized frame with Kashima rear. After trying an XL with a short and slammed stem, I realized how ill-fitted I was.

    How tall are you?

6'0, very long arms (wing span of a 6'7 person) and long legs (34 inseam). The bike feels too small with multiple combinations of setback posts and stems. The shortest I can go without feeling completely upright is a 65mm stem.

How wide are your bars? I'm 6'3" and on an XL 2011 5 spot. With old 685mm bars I couldn't run a stem shorter than 90mm without feeling too cramped on climbs and even flats, but I was able to go down to a 70mm stem after going with wider 800mm bars. I may even try going a bit shorter on the stem now. Also, improved handling of the bike. Just something else to consider if you haven't already gone wider and can't find anyone to trade with.

Good questions bones.... something to think about for mfunk. The trend of shorter stems must be accompanied by wider bars

I have heard that it is not unusual for people to go up a size on some Turners.

At 5'9" (30" inseam), I could/should ride a Medium or Large, yet I felt very much at home on a rented XL Sultan.

    Good luck on your search!
