    Thompson Seat post

Does anyone know if Thompson makes different size saddle clamps? The one i have has 7mm clamp, but a saddle i would like to use (Sette Race Ti) has larger rails. I would like to buy just a new clamp if possible.

Nevermind. The Sette does have a 7mm rail. The rails just dont quite line up with the grooves on the seatpost- like they are too narrow. The saddle may have been bent in shipping. I think i can force it to work. Time to find my BFH!

Hehe, its been 3 weeks since i've ridden! Can i retrofit some training wheels onto this thing. I may have forgotten how to ride by the time i get this thing done!

My Hope M4s FINALLY arrived today. The gold center 2-piece rotors were on back-order. I have a Chris King headset on the way and that is ALL for the parts gathering.

I should be ready to ride next week.

Are those Hope rotors compatible with Shimano brakes?
Who did you order them from?
Faster is better, even when it's not.

What are these "Thompson" seat posts you speak of... and are they any where near as nice as the Thomson ones I like??

Hmm, just noticed that it is spelled Thomson! The Thompsons are the cheap Taiwan knockoffs.
