Well look what brown just did for me. Don't have the bling of SSinGA's I9 wheels, but the boards have beejn kinda quiet since Zilla picked a color for his RFX. So can anyone tell me what's on the scale???

p.s. Sorry its blurry, I was in a hurry and didn't have time to properly light the pic.

edit: the scale reads 3 lbs 10.5 oz

    Not my momma.

Damn, that would be one bigazz headtube, not it though.

Not a box o donuts cause we don't have a Krispy Kreme or a Dunkin Donuts here in Anchortown.

Not an EBM -- though one is on the way.

My Mav is sliver, and weighs 4.02 pounds with the stem.

I'll give it another hour or so just to see what others come up with.

Front triangle? If so that was quick; I didn't think you'd even picked out the color.

You got there first, could not understand what would be 310 grm's but it's oz .(o no it's not, that would be pretty heavy)
    Another vote for front triangle.

Medium Pack front triangle = 3.66#

..3lbs 10.5oz = 3.66# .....my guess is a front triangle as well (Rfx)

Ah yes, it's looking clearer now, definitely new front triangle. The welds match up to mine. On the right, the semicircular weld is the top tube/seat tube junction. To the left you see the weld running down the seat tube where the rocker pivot is welded along with the extra gusset usually just below that pivot.

    Back in PC grey...

I've had enough fun, these pics should "clear" things up. FWIW, next time you see the RFX and the Spot triangle, they'll both be sportin' some new colorz.

The Spot is going full on XC to end my lusting for a Flux once and for all and the RFX will get one of the new big SC forks -- likely the 66sl. Damn JNC, Aquaholic and other Spack owners... DAMN YOU ALL!!!!!!

p.s. Spot + Pack = Spack. Message to DT -- you're free to use that name, provided my signature is placed on every frame with a nice little green sticker.

p.s.p.s. Now this will make me a *TRUE* Two Turner Poseur -- "TTP" for short -- unlike some that are just perpatratin' like a poseur.

Getting better almost daily. I may even try my first actual ride in five and a half months soon. Maybe Thursday. My doc reccommends restricting myself to some flat area for my first attempt, so I may load up and ride from Goose Lake down the Chester Creek Trail to the Coastal Trail, on to Earthquake Park and back. I'll let you know how it goes.

Now get that Pack built so we can tear it up this spring! If you want to take a spin on mine let me know.

Very nicely done Rando. Are the "Turner" and "Marz" stickers custom? You'll have to make it back down to Utah to break that baby in properly... and I'm not talking about your other knee.

The TURNER stickers were leftovers I had in case I needed to refurbish my '99 polished XCE. I thought the solid color logo just "pops" at you a bit more. The Marz are the original, with some careful trimming to eliminate all but black lettering, for that two-tone understated look.

I am looking forward to bringing it down to Utah too, and I'll be armored up for sure next round. Maybe we can get AK Chris to join us this year! The physical terrorists are about to let me go, so next week I'm on my own, biking, biking, biking......
