    Sultan Changes?

I know that there has been plenty of speculation on the new RFX and all sorts of predictions for suspension design, but honestly what do we think is coming for the Sultan in '09? Maxle rear? Slacker angles? More travel? Any ideas?

I just felt that the head tube angle was a little steep in light of the newer offset 29er forks. We can assume that the Sultan will have a change or two for '09, just wondered if anyone wanted to place their bets or make a wish.

The Sultan HA is great with a WB F135 fork.

I really doubt anyone would notice a few mm of additional fork rake in a double blind test. Really, it won't quicken things up that much. And I agree with Tscheezy, the 135 is just about perfect.

dt is bein kinda tight lipped this year other than some hints at the rfx but when ya ask him directly, hes non commital at best. id bet the sultan gets a 1.5" headtube and shorter chainstays with slacker angles to make way for the new crop of 170mm 29'er dh forks but thats just a guess.

it is comfirmed the dhr will be a long travel y bike design and i have that in writing.

Churlaholic. Or should that name be reserved for TA?

Either way, I agree with FoChurzzle.
