The bike matches the couch, so you get points for color coordination anyway! I can strip that paint off for you if you want.

Thanks, but no thanks. I prefer you go postal on your bike only

Thanks Rick. Pics don't do the color justice.

Is imitation the sincerest form of flattery?

    Hey John,

Are you copying me now? If so, you need to drop some more coin and get those two suspension units PUSH'ed.

Get that GD on there and you should be close to my target weight of 34 pounds.

What is the rest of the build kit?

    Steve

    Wow John, gorgeous color. Stunning!
Any plans for a Pushed coil shock, or are you sticking with the RP23 for a while?

Darren wants me to ride it with the stock shock before we start tuning. My initial feeling was I wanted to stick with a coil shock, but we'll see how the RP23 performs.

I eventually want to get a coil, just don't know which one to go with. There's going to be more options as Darren had the new RS Coil, (Vivid, I think it's called) on his Nomad when I was up there yesterday.

Thanks TS. All Jay and I have been talking about is getting back to Moab to ride Tusher since you showed us around at THC. Really looking forward to riding it again.

Thanks Steve. Despinte your good fashion sense, think what you will, but it was this color or British Racing Green. My spot is Granny apple green and didn't want two green bikes.

I am very impressed with the Big Hit modification Darren did to my RP23 - it feels great!

He puts in their proprietary bottom out bumper and a lot of shims and takes off the HV air can. It has yet to bottom out on me.

As for the Lyrik, that is a real no-brainer - look at the photo of the modifications vs. stock they are doing to the Pike, Revelation and Reba on their website - it is the same for the Lyrik.

This is the first air rear shock I have liked as much as a coil.

I don't think the RS coil shocks will be made in sizes smaller than 8.5 x 2.5". Only the air shocks like the Monarch iirc.

I love what Darren did to my Roco; I like it more than my blinged out dhx. It appears that you can get either the world cup or the tst; both are made in the 7.875 by 2.25 size you need.
