If it's 65 degrees outside, what's with all that clothing?
I rode Hall yesterday; shorts and a short sleeve jersey. It felt too hot.

Thanks for point that out. I was going to say "Look Rene, I'm riding and it's not 6am!!"

And add that I was overdressed for this ride. Unlike the Arctic gear CC would have to wear.

I spent 3 hours on the roof yesterday with a hatchet and shovel chopping ice dams and shoveling snow, so you Front Rangers can go jump in a fargin' ice hole.

    65 ?? Brrrr.....
It's barely getting -down- to that at night here in San Diego.
We've had Santa Ana conditions for over a week (2 weeks ??) and it's been in the mid 80's all this time, including today.
    It just ain't right...

    It just isn't right...

*It's supposed to break tomorrow and maybe even rain tomorrow night...

...I had to find some water to splash thru to cool off on saturday....

We are experiencing an unusually warm winter season as well. Could be a catch 22 though. The trails will likely close due to lack of moisture when summer rolls around.

    But in the meantime...

    I can't lie, I'm feeling jealous.

I woke up and got psyched because it's 21 degrees and the trails are frozen enough to ride..

The only downside to these nice warm temps is the previously ridable snowpacked trails are now messy or icy, bring on the snow!

    +1

I hear ya. I've been out riding the frozen trails for 3 straight days. Temps haven't been over 25 degrees in several days. Besides having to pile on an extra layer of clothes, winter riding is great. Winter night riding is even better!

Though I am still jealous though....

No one on SoMo yesterday - too hot?

Hey Cactus, Hit up National after work yesterday and did not see a soul until just before the waterfall - at 80 degrees it was probably too hot for most folks...
