Nice Vid! I used to live above Cook's Corner, and the Truck trail was my backyard! Good times.

Looks like the cameraman cased the little gap jump at the top.

    Awesome video!

I was curious to see if anyone knows of any riding like that in the Northeastern area? I've ridden some of the trails within a couple of hours of here, but none where I could just spend the morning going up, then come down for an hour or two at the end. Was planning on making a short vacation weekend out of it.

    Cytomax in the Jar O

    Kick butt vid!

What area is that trail in? How far from San Diego? Sweet single track!

Loved the sound track! Who's singing that? Sounds very close to Thin Lizzy's rendition of the song which was one of my favorites.

Thanks, the trail is in Orange County, so maybe an hour and 15 minutes or so.

    The song is by Metallica.

    Nice!

    Looks like fun.

    What up with the bells?

What camera are you using? I saw from the shadow that it's an helmet mounted DV-camera.
Edit: So, I clicked the link! "I use a Sony DCR-HC30 with a wide angle lens." Still curious about the bells though.

    The bells serve two purposes:

    1. Early warning for other trail users.
    2. They help me film riders who are faster than I am. (If they can't hear the bells, they know they need to slow up.)
