PUSH industries and all their mysteries...

    Dudes,
Just wondering if some of you's guys can fill me in as to why push ind. does not mod the fox 36 forks or the DHX air? Is it cause those particular products suck? or because they are relatively new? What's the scoop... I could email them and ask but I'd hate to distract them from making those killer 5.5" rockers!

AND... I am researching the 5-pack and its ability to run a 6" fork with the 5" rear sounds killer and the talas 36 and DHX air seem like a sweet combo for light freeride-ish type riding.....right? Talas 36: 4" for the climb, 5" for the ride and 6" for the gnar gnar going down....
Quite possibly the slowest single speeder on earth.
    Now skating 'cause its cheaper.

DT already put the kaibosh on the 6" front for the 5.

But If there was a travel adjustable 36 van I'd do it.

He's referring to the 5 Pack not the 5 Spot.

Smoke, for many reasons, I wouldn't touch the Talas 36. Man Up and get the Vanilla 36 and just deal with it on the climbs. It is one silky smooth fork. Heresy to say it on this board, but way smoother than a 66SL (unless maybe they finally smooth around 100 hours of use).

The big BUT.........If I were shopping now, I would sure as heck wait for what I call the Pike's Big Brother. That promises Van 36 kind of plushness along with adjustable travel, 35 mm stanchions, and probably at a lower price.

Call Larry at Mtn High, he'll know when they're coming in, and I've heard they are close!

I ordered some replacement stuff for my DHX after Sea Otter and didn't here anything until I decided to call them. I waited about three weeks and then called them. I figured they were busy but turns out they were having some issues with online ordering and their CNC machine took a dump but is online now.

Everything was straightened out and my stuff sent out. I definately wasn't mad about it as I was in no hurry for the parts and not too mention it really wasn't a big deal.

Ha, I wish I did know. A while ago I had heard rumors that it may be more toward fall, but I hope you're right that it will be sooner than that. I'm getting a Lyric for the Knolly, but it's looking like I may have to put something else on for a while until it's available

Larry, run down what you know on the specs. What models get what doodads, travel, spring types, etc?
