Had to share this story.
I'm doing then Shenandoah 100 race this weekend. Got my final hard ride in on Wednesday and when I got home was cleaning up the bike and noticed a crack in the top tube about 1" from the headtube junction. This was a major crack, a few more miles and I suspect the entire front end would have given out. Only about 15% of the tube was still attached!
So I was pretty bummed thinking there is no way i'll be able to race this weekend. Not to mention that my frame is technically a few months past warranty (early 09). But I called Greg first thing this morning and he has overnighted a front triangle for delivery tomorrow!
I'm blown away with the service. Just wanted to remind everyone that this kind of customer service is a key reason we all ride Turners. This is my 2nd one and and I know I'll continue to ride them for a long time.
