Use some metal polish, a rag and have at it.

That's usually a sign of a character flaw.

Have you tried getting more vitamin C?

I have some ideas on how to fix it but i accept tips!
But is it normal that the polished surface finish is oxidized after a year? Now the chassis is matte gray (not row..)

Unless coated Aluminum with form its own oxide layer and sometimes that can look dull or matte. The only thing you can do is polish it like my grandma use to do to her silver. And after that polish it whenever it gets dull. If you get tired of polishing it have it powder coated.
