I would like to thanks all people at Turner specially to Greg and for his amazing service to their customer, specially to me a rider from Caracas Venezuela, my O2 was broke and with his crash replacement pricing they replaced me the frame, and I paid an affordable price and it wasnít the best. The best was I save the shipping because I cut the frame into pieces and took a photo and email to them to verify the frame was destroyed, that is was I called a trust relationship to their customer, and also it didnít take a lot of time it was very fast and for one outside USA, is priceless. I have one 5Spot and waiting for my new Flux.
Turner is not only about how bikes works, I realized that is much more than that, they really care about their familyís members (homer).
