Smile Outstanding Customer Service from Turner

My 2009 DW Spot developed a problem, so Greg at Turner offered to replace it with a 2010 model which I received earlier this week and excitedly built up with a new pair of Zokes.

Absolutely superb service yet again from Turner Bikes. A no-fuss replacement and fast turnaround. Outstanding customer service like this is one of the many reasons I keep riding Turner.

Can't wait to hit the trails with it now!

    Where is the other fork?

You said "a pair of Zokes"? I only see one fork.

    Thanks Shales.

It certainly is a nice place to be.. but it's not finished yet. I'm fitting some kitchen drawers/worksurface etc and wall-mounted toolboards into my man cave shortly.

Nevertheless - here are some more photos of my 'Bike Chalet'.

    Awesome man/bike cave

Get me a cocktail napkin. I'm drawing up plans for my own man/bike cave....

    - kegerator
    - tunes
    - bike racks
    - full Park Tool setup
    - leather couch
    - etc.

i agree about the customer service the last time i had a turner was back in 2000 i think that was the year. it was an XCE and when i hit a jump the tire would rub the cable stop at the end of the travel so he told me to bring it to S Oter i dropped it off to him at his booth and within a few days i got a new frame. also the frame i first got was to small he sent me the right size. he was cool to talk to on the phone and cool to talk to in person. the best customer service in the bizz. now if only he would build a 7 inch travel plush freeride frame, But i know that would never happen so i'll stick with my ventana La bruja.
i need to ride more. building jumps takes to much time...my other hobby is kicking the crap outta my home built mook jong.

I'd trashed the grass by ripping out a pump track that I built for my son with a mini digger..

We built this in the back garden instead

hahaha, my lawn looks the same because of my kids riding around too. wife balked at a full fledged pump track, but the new house we are looking at has serious potential for one and if she wants to move thats the deal

jump and ramp looks awesome btw. love when kids get into bikes. it can last a lifetime

So the 2010 taco is the same as the 09 right? do you think nothing will happen to this one? just wanted to know. I know the BB area got an extra gusset but not the taco?

The taco on Digger's new frame is welded all the way across the top, rather than just the sides like the '09s.
