Wild-that little boat really puts it into perspective.

    Nice to see her working

    Nice to see her working

My next door neighbours went on her maiden voyage and said she was spiffing. It supposedly has everything, but I dont think it has a downhill track. Funny since it is larger than most hills in the UK :P

#Rule Britannia, Britannia rules the waves...

*descends into a state of proud Britishness that no doubt will offend somebody since it seems almost illegal in my own country to fly the Union Jack*

Here are two shots from my "spinning class" today (please note, this is not where I work, but it is only about 2 miles away):

No Commonwealth sensibilities were injured in the making of this post, I hope.

Kpicha, that "little" boat is acutally a police harbor crusier...40' at least. About the size of a small tug. Notice the people on the QM and the shoreline? BTW that isn't my office view. My cubicle is not near the window...they said it's for my own saftey.

Blippo: What amazed me is how fast it steamed out of the harbor. I had time for five snaps and she was gone. Much faster than I could ride. Youze limies got a lot to be proud of. It takes a helluva lot to get NY'ers to stop and look at anything, and this bird all but froze the joint.

Tscheezy, you work? Fine, be that way. Fortunately I work downtown only 3 days a week. The other two are upstate... I'll be back w/ lunchtime trail pix. (not as nice as yours but I'll keep trying)

Word is it's about 86 feet shy of the Crysler building.
