    New 2009 RFX...!

This could be the brand new RFX - i just switched to a Lyrik instead going on with the Totem and???

It works pretty cool, especially on small bumbs, the Lyrik is more sensitive and not to forget the U-turn.
I am little bit complaining about the fact, that Rock Shox has no Totem U-Turn...
Enjoy the pics - my brother also could not get off my 2009 RFX...

This past weekend at Sol Vista I saw a dude riding a highline with a Lyric. I didn't think anyone would want to put that small a fork on one, but, whateva.
But I guess it works for you and your '09 RFX.

I would think that the Bottom Bracket would be too low.

I have a Highline with 66RC3 and I love it, but I definately wouldn't want the BB any lower.

    Works for me

I had a Z-150 and that was a good fork, then a 66SL (too much uncertainty w air pressures) and now the Lyrik 2 step. Best one yet imho.

hey trailadvent - the bell helmet is hiding behind the Camelbak...!

I mean when climbing - definately to hot, dude!

well, let's see if i am gonna make friends with the Lyrik,my concern also was thai it is too weak - i will report...

and - i was also riding the Totem 2-Step on my Uzzi VPX , but you all know how the story ends...

Anybody got a clue what the Rock Shox 2009 Freeride fork-line will be???

    Thank you,

    Chris

Cool...looks like a great SS/FR bike and is probably suiting your need nicely with the smaller fork, lower BB, etc. Personally, If I stepped to the HL from my RFX, I would mostly use it as my shuttle rig or tame FR climbing at most to get the the "goods" so I would want at least a 180mm, 1.5 fork like 66 RC3 , Totem or possible dual crown Fox 40 or 888 for that matter. I bet that bike handles pretty good in the FR park how you have that set up though, hope the Lyric crown holds up for you on the bigger stuff.
