    Why no SULTAN entries?
Are nominations limited to those cute little mini-bikes?

Im guilty of not looking at those threads since I can't ride and have any new bikes this year, ah Ive never gone so long not buying somehting for a bike over 6 months, I can't bear to look at the Sultan threads!

I still can handle Spots/RFXs cause I still have mine, HLs and DHRs are cool because they inspire me to charge back to more than just being able to ride a bike again! I always aim big! To help reach the goal, like sales double it if ya get half ya got ya target min!

So why don't you nomiante a nice one youve seen this month or last that hasn't been nom yet!

    Get one in there gdiddy

. . . . and stick em in JNC's seat tube when he isn't looking

emrs0414 RFX, for sure. And that DHR is sweet.

CC, you should get the nomination for starting the "Turner life support thread" way back when. Remember that?

my insperation came from the demo bike at thc '06. i figured it for aprox 32 lbs and saw ways to build one lighter and suit me even more. it worked. now it sits at about 23 w/ a amp post, hiem/mrp chainguide and a e-13 bashring. still not to shabby.

Two typical clean RFX pic's & a nice jump pic at the Ashalnd Spring Thaw, for your review.

She weighs 31.4 lbs without even trying, no XC tires, no XTR cranks, no 6" rotors, just trail ready sweetness!! Even a couple ounces of new custom powdercoating!

Well, thank you! I think 31-34 lbs is a perfect weight for the RFX, lighter parts just take the fun out of what the bike is capable of, IMO. I even have a nice PUSHed DHX Coil for those rough DH days, though the RP23 is quite a nice shock!

Tap, the color is Alpine green pearl; it's wet paint, an automotive color. Here's a slightly better pic of it:

The thread shows build pics, which on the whole are rather nice (given indoor, lighting, etc.) . . . but yeah, she really deserves a proper glam shot and maybe an action shot with about 3in of air under the tires and a trail of dust drifting up to a grapefruit sunset over the ocean!

But seriously, if people don't recognize cool when they see it . . . a better photo can't help them.
