Issue with Float RL on a 2012 5.spot frame

Curiuous if anyone else had a similar experience.... I rode my new 5.spot frame 3 times. After the last ride, the rear shock became noisy. Back at home, i removed some air to cycle the fork... Then foaming oil start leaking out from the rebound/lockout lever... The lockout is now useless and the whole thing isn't behaving properly. I built the frame 2-3 weeks ago, it's still brand new! Did i just got a lemon shock? Maybe I've been lucky, but it's the first Time that a Fox shock fails so miserably on me.

Lemon. Send it back to where you bought the frame from for a replacement.

Sounds like a lemon to me. Shocks should not foam at the knob...
