I done got me one of them High-lines....

....but no pix. So I got my flame suit on.

It sure is pretty. The raw aluminum looks so good with the ROCO red.

I may have to geek out with a red headset and hubs.

People will say: "Hey look at that dude with the nice bike. Too bad he can't ride for shat."

Pics tonight. Drooled over the frame right after work then went for a ride. No time for pics last night.

What a piece of work though. Very nice.

Wow, no pics. Maybe Airwreck can just delete this thread? Doh!!

Nah, on the "wet side", your bike will be covered in some layer of dirt/mud enough of the time that folks won't even notice the matching headset and hubs.

Something to consider. What are you gonna do with your components if the Roco goes down like a mofo, but pedals like shite and you decide you need a DHX 5.0? You gonna swap everything to blue then? Sorry, had to say it, Jubilee. Look forward to seeing the new rig!!!!

    Cheers,

We got a taste of the clay mud at the Cap last night. Oly was kind enough to guide my wife and me on a good after-work ride. She bailed in the slippery clay, and I almost did while trying to follow Oly's DH line but we all came home with smiles.

But you're right on the shock color. What was I thinking? Black it will be.

Not to mention the gratuitous pic of the frame next to boxes of blinged out parts. Also, please include at least one graph or pie chart. Thanks!

Yea, Jubilee has that many posts, but in his defense, only 20 of them are in the turner forum, the other 6,307 posts are in forum 88. He can plead ignorance......

I can only assume the irony of that statement was fully intended.

F=88 is a special place where we all ride a short bus, wear bright orange helmets, and everyday at 2pm we get popsicles!

A month or two? Ahhh, heeeeeeeeello? In case you're not aware, Jubilee, the bike park opens on Saturday and the season for hucking your meat will officially be in full effect.

Not to mention the Shore next weekend with eio and many other big bikers. Now, build it up pronto!!

OK, maybe that was a bit harsh.

Then I say we make him ride 1.95 tires at 50psi for a month on the HL.

So telling you to get your helmet on was a bit redundant I take it? The short bus is fun though...

    Mmmmmm, popsicles....

I'll admit it. My nutz are in a vice. I told my wife I was going to buy a closeout 7 point for 3 grand. But then I got to reading this forum, contemplating the awesomeness of my 5 spot, badda bing badda boom....HL at my doorstep.

So I gotta wait. Wife sez to pay the evil credit cards off first, so that's what I'm doing. Isn't debt the American way? I married a communist.

    Dammit.
