Hong Kong 'Turner' Components on Ebay

This has probably been asked before but I've either failed with the search function or I'm not looking in the right places.

I keep seeing Turner Logo'd aluminium tat on eBay, so I'm curious. Assuming they are in no way connected to Turner, how do they get away with it?

They are in China, they can do what the hell they like. Best thing to do is not buy it. It's just tat as you say.

    jaidylim,
Dibbs comment on the state of China is far from racist. It's well known China has been stealing intellectual property from the US in key industries.

Here's just one article, feel free to research further. Geithner: China 'stealing' U.S. ideas - Tim Mak - POLITICO.com

Granted, beyond natural's find isn't critical to the success of our country, but the best way to stop it is to not buy from them.

A quick look at his post history tells me you're probably right.

if we lowered our corporate tax rate to be more in line with the rest of the world China would not have the big advantage it has today. They also don't have a bunch of position holding green bureaucrats destroying an economy. We had a big brain power advantage over the rest
of the world. We can get it back and make china look like the human right violators that they are as well as the junk they sell.

China will ultimately flame out, just like Japan, who everybody was worshipping and venerating and hailing as The Next Leader Of The Free World only 20 years ago.

But this stuff probably doesn't belong on the Turner forum.

    How about this?

CONGRATS, DT, YOU'VE REACHED A LEVEL OF FAME AND SUCCESS SUCH THAT YOU'RE BEING RIPPED OFF BY THE CHINESE. BE PROUD!!!!

That's better. Don't know about you guys, but I log on here to have fun. If I want to get Pi$$ed off, I can turn on the news.
    Whining is not a strategy.
